Booked & Busy provides AI-powered marketing services to salons, including database reactivation, review generation, referrals, and missed-call text-back. Specific scope and deliverables are agreed to in writing per engagement.

3. Free Reactivation Campaign

Our free reactivation campaign is offered at no cost as described on the site. We reserve the right to decline or end an engagement at our discretion. Performance is not guaranteed.

4. SMS / text messaging terms

Our messaging services are subject to A2P 10DLC carrier requirements. By providing phone numbers (your own or your clients'), you represent that you have collected the necessary opt-in consent.

Recipients can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
Recipients can reply HELP for help.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
You agree not to use the service for prohibited content (e.g., S.H.A.F.T.: sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) or in violation of TCPA or other applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the site or services, attempt to access them by means other than the interface we provide, or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

6. Payment & refunds

Fees, if any, are described in your engagement letter. Refunds, if any, follow the terms of that letter.

7. Intellectual property

All site content is owned by Booked & Busy or its licensors. You may not reproduce material without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee a specific number of bookings, reviews, referrals, or revenue.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booked & Busy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed amounts paid to us in the prior twelve months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Booked & Busy is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
