• Payment terms are described in your engagement letter or invoice and are due according to those terms unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other electronic payment methods as agreed.
• If payments are not made on time, Booked & Busy reserves the right to charge late fees or suspend services until the account is settled.

• Customers may cancel or reschedule scheduled calls or services by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
• Booked & Busy reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

Any issues or concerns related to services provided must be reported within 48 hours for resolution. Booked & Busy’s liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
