Booked & Busy operates a marketing service for pet care businesses. Some controls are provided by our hosting and infrastructure platform, others are operated by us as the app owner, and some depend on choices our clients make in their own systems.

Access to internal tools and client accounts is limited to authorized Booked & Busy staff. We use strong passwords and provider-managed authentication for the systems we operate.

Our website and backend run on managed cloud infrastructure. Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS between your browser and our service.

We collect the information you submit through our forms (such as name, business name, email, and phone number) and basic analytics about site usage. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, deliver our services, and communicate with clients. We do not sell personal information.

We use reputable third-party services for hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and analytics. Each provider handles data under its own terms and security practices.

We use a limited set of cookies and analytics to understand site performance. No advertising profiles are built from your visit on our site.

We retain client and inquiry data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your information at any time.
